Once I have confirmed your order, I will send an invoice. Please note that if you do not pay within 72 hours after the invoice is sent, your commission will be cancelled.

[Sketch Approval]
I will email a rough sketch of the commission for approval. If you do not reply within 5 days after the sketch is sent to you, I will drop the commission with no refund. If you are worried that you will not be able to respond within the 5 days, you may request to skip the sketch approval stage.
Any additional requests made after this stage that was not initially provided in your order will come with an extra fee.

For commissions with specifically established duedates only.
You may ask for a refund if:
-I miss the duedate without notice or a legitimate reason
-an extended duedate cannot be compromised
Otherwise, there will be no refunds; please consider this when ordering.
Terms & Conditions
-I have the right to refuse your commission if I think I am unable to draw it.
-Commissions will usually be completed within 2 to 6 weeks after payment. If you wish to have the completed commission within 14 days, there will be a rush-order fee of an extra 50%, or refused.
-I will not design anything for an original character(main costume, accessories, etc).
-This is for commissions of personal use only. For commercial work, please contact me via email to discuss the terms.
-All rights to the art belong to me. Any commercial usage, claiming, reproduction, or editing is not permitted.
-Completed commissions may be used in my portfolio or posted on my SNS in smaller size and with partial cover.
-A request to not post the completed commissions will result in an extra charge of 30%.
-The total price is rounded to the nearest dollar.
-Use of my art in AI is strictly prohibited.
